These seriously save my life on a weekly basis like this morning when I ran out of the house without breakfast! Every time I travel I take a couple because I don’t have time to stop and eat or there is nothing around that is paleo friendly. You can find them in my gym bag, purse, and work bag. Great source of protein without all the extra stuff in most protein bars!
