I now feel very fortunate and privileged to be able to share our food, experiences and knowledge with those, like myself, who are living with dietary restrictions.

Mrs. S's Story

Snackin’ Free is a gluten, grain, dairy, soy and peanut free bakery and snack food business. It was born in my kitchen in 2011 after joining a local kettlebell gym and starting on a Primal / Carb Rotation type of lifestyle plan in order to lose the 28 lbs gained since being diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis in 2003.
