This bar is the perfect size. I’ve been having them for breakfast on the way to work in the morning. I feel so much better throughout the morning vs. the other grocery store bars. Price is really not bad either. The ones at the store, which do not have all the nutritional values, may be half the price per bar, but you need to eat at least 2-3 to be satisfied and you will not feel so great after that many. Love the natural maple flavor.
